Next step coaching approach is based on the belief that You have the answers to the questions. The role of the coach is to help finding a broader perspective, actions/exercises and answers. With this approach the solutions found will stick and are embraced by definition. This increases quality and speed of the success of the coaching process. The Coach can give advice and/or suggestions as a result of a coaching session; This is called mentoring. This can be at the end of each session on your request. This way, the coaching session is focused on applying the coaching approach.
